EHIAA is a company operating in all types of construction, specializing in the revival, maintenance, restoration, and beautification of normal and historic buildings facades in Egypt.
Our aim is to expand and complement our business by adding facility management services in line with international standards.
Ayman Badawi one of EHIAA’s partners has more than 30 years of experience in building and managing some of Egypt's most renowned structures, in addition to renovating historic structures with distinctive architectural styles. He is a former partner of “ Lotus Construction Company” who was in charge of the construction of the best buildings in Alexandria.
Ihab El Habbak, a founding partner of EHIAA, has 40 years of experience as a prominent architect and principal of “ Shalalat Group, architects”, delivering innovative and state-of-the-art buildings, in Egypt, USA and KSA.

Ayman Badawi, civil engineer
Ayman Badawi, is the founder and general manager of Guira Real Estate Development Company, and the former managing director of Lotus Construction Company. He is also the Chairman of the Contracting Committee of the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria, a member of the Board of Directors of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt, and the former head of the Chamber’s branch in Alexandria. In addition, Eng. Ayman Badawi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Education Development Fund of the Council of Ministers and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Social Welfare Association in Karmouz. He areceived the “Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honour” medal from the President of the French Republic. Eng. Ayman graduated with a Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering from Alexandria University in 1986. He also obtained the Project Management Certificate "CPM" from the American University in Cairo, the International Construction Contract Certificate "FIDIC" from the American University in Cairo, and the Certificate of INTERNAL "AUDITOR" from Bureau Veritas.
Ihab El Habbak, architect
Ihab El Habbak, an architectural consultant, began establishing his office in Los Angeles in 1987 and conducted several studies on redevelopment and planning projects for many cities. He also participated in the Los Angeles Urban Planning Association (CRA) in studying the development of some vital areas in Los Angeles, in addition to his participation in preparing future planning for the development of the city of Alexandria for the year 2005, and also contributed to the issuance of a book - City Plans & Places - issued by the University of Southern California in 1987. After his return to Egypt, he continued his activities by establishing his architectural firm, "Shalalat Group, architects", in 1995. Eng. Ihab won several awards, the most important of which is the first prize for the design of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in the international design competition in collaboration with the Norwegian firm "Snøhetta". He is a member of the board of directors of the Egyptian Association of Architects (SEA), and a member of the board of directors of the American Institute of Architects, Middle East chapter (AIA ME) and act as a country representative in Egypt. He is a member of the Community Development Committee for the city of Alexandria, and a member of the advisory board of the Architecture Department of the American University in Cairo.
Eng. Ihab graduated from Alexandria University, Department of Architecture, and obtained a master's degree in architecture and planning from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Omar Badawi, civil engineer
Omar Badawi, a civil engineer, participated in the El Alamein City Towers project with Orascom, in addition to working on a project for purification, dredging, and cleaning Lake Manzala with the UAE National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC). He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Greenwich, Great Britain. He also holds a management certificate from the American University in Cairo.
